Returns Policy

At HydroParadise, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return your items under the conditions described below.

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return one or more items, in accordance with the right of withdrawal provided by consumer law.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, any returned item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused and unopened
  • Be in its original packaging, intact and complete (accessories, manuals included)
  • Not have been unsealed (for products whose integrity is linked to sealing)
  • Be accompanied by the order receipt or order reference number

Please note: Used, customer-damaged, unsealed or incomplete products will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Procedure

To make a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by email at contact@hydroparadise.com stating:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) to return
    • The reason for return
  2. Wait for our confirmation: we will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions.
  3. Carefully package your item and ship it to the address we provide.
  4. Keep the shipping proof: you are responsible for the parcel until we receive it.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective product, error on our part, or non-conformity of the delivered product.

5. Refund

After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method used for your order:

  • Credit/Debit card: credit to your card (bank processing: 3-5 business days)
  • PayPal: credit to your PayPal account

Initial delivery costs are not refunded, unless a complete order is returned due to an error on our part.

6. Defective Product or Error

If you received a defective product or one that does not match your order, contact us immediately at contact@hydroparadise.com with:

  • A photo of the product and its packaging
  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem

In this case, return costs will be covered by HydroParadise and you will be fully refunded or we will send a replacement product.
