Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all transactions made on the hydroparadise.com website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 1 – Subject
These terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of indoor growing and hydroponics products offered on hydroparadise.com.
Article 2 – Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT incl.), excluding shipping costs. Prices may be modified at any time; the applicable price is that in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Article 3 – Orders
The order is deemed concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation email. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over a previous order payment.
Article 4 – Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided at the time of order, within metropolitan France only.
- GLS Relay Point: €5.90 incl. VAT – Free from €100 purchase
- Home delivery: €15.00 incl. VAT
Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation and payment validation.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused. Return costs are at the Buyer's expense. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Accepted payment methods:
- Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) via Stripe
- Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe
- PayPal
Article 7 – Legal Warranty
All products sold on hydroparadise.com benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects. Contact: contact@hydroparadise.com.
Article 8 – Personal Data

Article 9 – Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first before referring to the competent French courts.
